Platos Dog LogoThis is a logo I designed for an e-newsletter. They wanted to convey Plato's quote, "A dog has the soul of a philosopher." They wanted it to be classy with subtle colors. I created this in Adobe Illustrator.

Sick Child IconThis is an icon I designed for practice & is not currently being used. It is intended to be used as part of a button on a website. To me, sick means fever, so I made the background look like the red in a thermometer. Then I added a couple gradients to give it a three-dimensional feeling. I created this in Adobe Illustrator.

NAA Field Day BrochureThis is the 2007 Nebraska Arborists Association Field Day Brochure cover. I designed the brochure in Adobe InDesign. I think that seeing the arborist from the ground is an interesting perspective. I used bold, nature colors that I felt would give a richness to the piece.

NAA Certification BrochureThis is the certification brochure for the Nebraska Arborists Association. I designed the brochure in Adobe InDesign. I chose the abstract design and specific color palate because I wanted something that was energetic and progressive.

Lincoln Composites T-ShirtThis is a t-shirt design for Lincoln Composites. They manufacture pressurized tanks. They had a pretty good idea what they wanted. I liked how the tanks created the cool symbol shape. This particular design was not the one they eventually chose, but it was my favorite. I created this in Adobe Illustrator.

Sick Child Flash Icon
This was a flash icon I created for the Connecticut Children's Hospital. They needed a flash file to identify a link to their "sick child" webpage. It needed to be simple and portray information about what to do when your child is sick.

CGTP Training BrochureThis was a full-color brochure I did for the Society of Government Travel Professionals. They wanted to advertise their educational opportunities. I wanted it to be bright & eye catching while still portraying a level of professionalism.

The Present WebsiteThis is a website I designed & wrote for a coloring book a friend and I created. We had people ask if we were online so we decided we needed a website. We wanted the site to be simple and appeal to children, teachers & parents. I wrote this using CSS & HTML.

Milford Softball T-ShirtThis design was for the local softball team. They wanted it bright & bold on a black t-shirt. I thought a softball with hints of sparks & a burning coal & a tough looking eagle would look powerful. This was created in Adobe Illustrator.

CPNP 2008 PostcardThis was the front of a two-color postcard promoting an annual meeting. I brought in the Southwestern design and colors to compliment the meeting location.

Showoff Creative LogoThis is a logo I created in Adobe Illustrator. The client wanted a monkey in the mouth of a lion. He wanted the two images integrated. I like how the monkey's arms became a boundary for the logo.

Camp Luther LogoThis is a logo I designed for a local Christian camp for kids and their parents. I wanted the logo to feel fun, bright and welcoming. I wanted it to appeal to kids and adults alike, making them think, "This is where I want to go!"

SGTP AnCon BrochureThis is the cover of the program I designed for an SGTP conference. The client wanted traditional United States colors. We were able to do the outside 8 pages in full color with the inside in black/white. The conference is held near Washington DC and attendees come from all over so I included some pictures from the area with interesting facts. The interior page layout can be found here.
